Hi Shelly, yes you can just use Lupin flour if you prefer, or if you have an allergy. I like to mix it sometimes with almond meal as it&#039;s rich in natural fats and gives cakes a moist and richer texture. But yes you can and I have definitely used just Lupin in the past.]]></description>
